Saka is an movie with action, drama and history of Punjabi’s. It is in Punjabi language and directed by Jagmeet Singh Samundri and produced by Sukhbir Sandhar Films pvt. Ltd and the co- producers are Harvinderjeet Singh Sandhar, Zorawar Singh Sandhar, Malkit Singh Sandhar. The film features star cast are Mukul Dev, Aman Dhaliwal, Oshin Brar, Dev Kharoud, Hardeep Gill, Gurinder Makna, Mahanbir Bhullar, Bego Kaur, Bhavnoor Singh, Raj Bir Suryaavannshi, Pali Sandhu, Stass Klassen, Kristen. The film Saka features a true story. As in early 20th century the reform was started Gurudwara Reform Movement by the Sikh and though, in the early 20th century Gurdwara Nankana Sahib was managed by Mahant Narayan Das. Mahant Narayan Das got the money of Gurudwara he got corrupted and he use use money in wrong work. Now when everyone oppose Mahant then he was making preparations to oppose Panth( Sikh community). He was not agreeing with his mistake so on February 20, 1921 everyone had made the protest against Mahant to give Sikh Community back to Nankana Sahib, but as Mahant has killed very badly all the people with the help of Britishers. The story Saka- The Martyrs of Nankana Sahib has came how the Nankana Sahib got free from all this and that was the act of April 1919 Jallianwala Bagh. Great story. It will hit the screens. Must watch!
